We don't have sizing information for each item, however we do put a guide and personal advice for the fit of each item. Hopefully in doing so it will help you pick the size that will fits you perfectly.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $100AUD and $9.95 flat fee shipping for orders under $100AUD within Australia.
  • All international order under $250AUD are charged $15AUD, orders over $250AUD we offer free shipping.

Our primary shipping service is Australia Post. We rely on their usual delivery time frames for shipping items from Brisbane, Qld, Australia.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Orders placed within Australia before 2pm (AEST), Mon-Fri will be sent on the same day.
  • The method of delivery - our shipping method is Australia Post service within Australia.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

FREE SHIPPING OFFERS

We offer free shipping for orders over $100. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions on shipments within Australia, but only when specifically mentioned in the promotion.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are sent via Australia Post “Track and Trace” service, this service typically ranges between 3-15 business days. If you wish to have your items expedited please email us prior to placing your order.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Silver Mess is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
